LEAVE OUR LOVE BEHIND
When two hearts are in love, being apart is hell for
them. They just want to be together forever and never be apart from each other.
Every moment is valuable. If possible, they want to live in a place where they
can share their secrets forever.
This is the same with us. We surely LOVE to live in
SINS. At the first, we will feel some guilt when we commit a sin, but as time
flies, when we have reached the peak of sins, we will feel no guilt at all. We
are drowned in the sea of sins until we are able to breathe comfortably in
it.
How does it feel while committing sins? Does it feel
good? It feels good, right? We feel good because our desires like sins. But do
you realize that sins invite wraths from Allah? Committing
sins is like suddenly pouring oil onto your own body and starting a fire. Your
body will be on FIRE! Your body will burn like hell. The fire devours your skin
and exposes your bones. It hurts, doesn’t it?
The impact of sins, in the form of Allah’s wraths is
more severe than the worst burns we might suffer. The burns hurt, yes, but this
is only the heat on earth. What about the heat that comes from the wrath of the
Al-Mighty Allah, in hell?
If this love is a SIN or a collection of several SINS, you MUST get rid
of it if you want to enter Jannah.
You should leave your most passionate “LOVE”
behind, because this particular love acts as a Hijab
or barrier for the light of hidayah
from cherishing your heart.
Everyone wants to enter Jannah, but not everyone understands that Jannah can only be entered under strict terms and conditions.
Only those who meet the
requirements stated in the terms and conditions set by Allah are choosen, as
mentioned by Sheikh Waki.
We need Allah’s blessing because our good deeds are
never enough to buy Jannah for us. No matter how much good deed we think we
have delivered, it is still never enough to secure a place in Jannah.
Therefore, all of us do need Allah’s blessings in order to get His heaven. Thus, it is a must that we drop our “LOVE” and never accommodate it again, ever, in our life.
